TB Digital is a digital marketing agency designed to help businesses thrive. We began our journey in Brisbane and now support clients across Australia, New Zealand, and the wider Pacific Islands.

With an estimated 400,000+ Pacific Islanders in Australia, 440,000+ in New Zealand, and around 2.3 million across the Pacific Islands, our communities are vast, vibrant, and full of potential — yet too often underrepresented in digital spaces.

Some Pasifika-led businesses are bursting with vision, community trust, and creativity — but face challenges in scaling or building sustainable systems for growth. These challenges aren't a reflection of capability, but of structural gaps: limited access to tailored digital tools, a lack of culturally fluent marketing support, and the ongoing effects of underinvestment in our economies and ecosystems.

Tusiga Bilijana Digital is co-founded by Celisha 'Tusiga' Masina Mailoto and Courteney 'Bilijana' Kuresa-Waters — two women dedicated to digital storytelling, mental health advocacy, and legacy-building work. We are passionate about elevating Pasifika voices on a global stage. Together, we’re creating more than campaigns — we’re building long-term capacity for our communities.
