Celisha.com offers digital marketing and creative services, consulting, and downloadable digital products, including templates, checklists, and art prints. All offerings are subject to availability and confirmation.
All digital product sales are final once accessed or downloaded. Refunds will not be issued unless required under Australian Consumer Law.

All prices are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Payment is required in full and upfront before any work begins or digital products are delivered.
Invoices are issued upon confirmation of your service or order.
No refunds will be issued for digital downloads or completed services, unless required under Australian Consumer Law.
A client relationship is only established once:
Full payment has been received, and
A signed Service Agreement is in place.

Sessions may be rescheduled or cancelled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in forfeiting the booking fee. Refunds are not issued for missed or incomplete appointments.

All content, materials, and digital products provided by Celisha.com remain the intellectual property of Celisha Tusiga Masina Mailoto, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Reproducing, modifying, redistributing, or reselling any part of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual property protections apply under the Australian Copyright Act 1968 and are enforceable internationally, including in New Zealand, the Pacific Islands, and U.S. territories, through reciprocal copyright agreements and international treaties.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate information and meeting deadlines that affect the delivery of services. Customers of digital products must ensure they use the resources as intended, in line with any usage terms provided.

I reserve the right to refuse service or terminate a working relationship if disrespectful, harassing, or abusive behaviour occurs. This includes communication through email, social media, or any platform connected to my work. All interactions must remain respectful and professional.

Celisha.com is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from the use of this website, services, or digital products.
All use is at your own risk. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of business, revenue, data, or goodwill resulting from service delays, third-party tools, or client-side implementation.
Nothing in this clause excludes liability where it cannot be excluded under Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.
